Overview
A growing, specialized digital marketing agency is adding to its Client Services team as demand continues to scale. The company focuses deeply within a single vertical, which allows for stronger results, tighter client relationships, and a more strategic approach than broader agencies.
The Role
This is a client-facing Account Manager role with real ownership. You step in after onboarding and become the primary point of contact, responsible for guiding strategy, interpreting performance, and keeping accounts moving in the right direction.
You won’t be executing campaigns day to day. Instead, you connect the dots, translate performance into clear recommendations, and make sure clients understand what’s working and why.
