Overview

A growing, specialized digital marketing agency is adding to its Client Services team as demand continues to scale. The company focuses deeply within a single vertical, which allows for stronger results, tighter client relationships, and a more strategic approach than broader agencies.


The Role

This is a client-facing Account Manager role with real ownership. You step in after onboarding and become the primary point of contact, responsible for guiding strategy, interpreting performance, and keeping accounts moving in the right direction.

You won’t be executing campaigns day to day. Instead, you connect the dots, translate performance into clear recommendations, and make sure clients understand what’s working and why.


What You’ll Do

  • Manage a portfolio of ~10–14 client accounts
  • Own the relationship and overall account health
  • Turn campaign data into clear, actionable insights
  • Lead client conversations across both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Partner with internal teams who handle execution
  • Stay ahead of risk and keep accounts on track


What They’re Looking For

  • ~3–5 years in account management, client services, or digital marketing
  • Comfortable with platforms like Google Ads, Analytics, and paid social (no need to be hands-on)
  • Able to explain performance simply or go deep when needed
  • Strong communicator who can build trust quickly
  • Self-directed but collaborative, knows when to push and when to pull back
